Board Seat Expiration Date is Missing

A board member Seat will only display a Last Term Expiration date if the board is set up with a Term Length.  The Term Length for board members is listed on the Board Setup page.  Typically, the number of years for the Term Length is inputted when you create the board, but it can be modified at any point.

If you begin to create your seats and you don't see the Last Term Expiration column within the Board Seats page, you will need to:
  1. Go back to the board's  tab
  2. Select the button
  3. Within the "Term Length" field, enter the number of years the board members serve 
  4. Click .

If you have already set up the seats and promoted board members, you can adjust the "Last Term Expiration" date on a seat:

  1. On the board's tab, click .
  2. Click the edit pencil () for the date you want to edit.
  3. Modify the date.
  4. Click "Save."
