If you have questions regarding how to use Epicenter or need technical support, please contact our Epicenter Support Team by Opening a Ticket within the Support Center's main page, by calling 1-855-889-1624 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Support Team is available Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern (excluding US holidays).
For any other questions regarding your compliance requirements, needing an extension, needing users added or removed or having information in Board, School or Management Center updated or any other related questions, you will want to contact your Epicenter System Administrator(s) for your licensing organization (logo found in the header page of the Epicenter account and in the organization drop down found on the home page). If you are not sure who your Epicenter System Administrator(s) is for your organization, you can contact our Epicenter Support Team and we will provide you with their contact information.
