Receiving a 400 Bad Request Error when Logging In

If you have received an HTTP Error 400 when logging in, it is probably related to an ADFS cookie within your browser that is too long or corrupt. Try deleting the cookie for trust.epicenternow.org. If that doesn't work, try deleting the other epicenternow.org cookies.


Google Chrome:

  1. Select the icon at the top right of your page

  2. Select Settings

  3. At the bottom of the page, click "Advanced"

  4. In the Privacy and security" section, click "Content Settings"

  5. In Content settings, click "Cookies"

  6. In Cookies, in the click the "See all cookies and site data" triangle

  7. In the search box, type: "epicenter."

  8. In the row for authenticate.epicenternow.orgclick the  icon on the right.

  9. Open a new browser session and go to my.epicenternow.org. It should load properly now.

  10. If this doesn't fix the problem, use the same process above to also delete the cookies for my.epicenternow.org.


FireFox:

  1. Open the FireFox drop-down menu at the top left of the page

  2. Select Options (PC) or Preferences (Mac)

  3. Select the Privacy tab

  4. Select remove individual cookies

  5. In the Search Box, enter: epicenternow.org

  6. Select authenticate.epicenternow.org from the list

  7. Click Remove Selected button

  8. Try opening Epicenter in a new browser session

  9. If this doesn't fix the problem, also remove the cookies for my.epicenternow.org


Internet Explorer (IE):

  1. Select the  icon at the top right of the screen

  2. Select Internet Options.

  3. In the Browsing History section, click Settings

  4. Click View Files

  5. Search for epicenternow.org

  6. Select the file for authenticate.epicenternow.org

  7. Delete that file


Safari:

  1. Open the Safari menu

  2. Select Preferences... (⌘,)

  3. Select the Privacy tab

  4. Select the Manage Website Data... button

  5. [Allow access, if necessary]

  6. Search for epicenternow.org

  7. Select epicenternow.org from the list

  8. Click Remove


Microsoft Edge cannot delete individual cookies, so you'll have to clear all cookies.
