Compliance Statistics Percentage Calculations

This article provides an explanation of how each of the percentages displayed in the Compliance Center  dashboard is calculated.

The percentages are based on the , , and selected.

On-time%  =  # Requirements Submitted On-time  ÷  (# Requirements Submitted On-time, Late  and Past Due). The blue section of the pie chart represents the requirements that were submitted on-time. The gray section represents the late requirements (both submitted late and past due requirements). Selecting either section of the pie chart will bring you to the   tab, listing the requirements that correspond to the section you clicked.

Accurate%  =  # Compliance Submissions Not Rejected  ÷  (# Compliance Submissions Not Rejected  +  # Compliance Submissions Rejected). If the same requirement is submitted three times because it was rejected the first two times, it will count for one Submitted-and-Not-Rejected and two Rejections (total = 33% accurate for those submissions). The blue section of the pie chart represents the requirements submitted that have not had any rejections. The gray section represents the requirements submitted that have had rejections. Selecting either section of the pie chart will bring you to the tab, listing the requirements that correspond to the section you clicked.

Complete%  =  # Requirements Approved (or an approved like status)  ÷  #Requirements. The darker blue section of the pie chart represents the requirements that have been completed. Overall, they are considered complete because they have been submitted and have gone through the necessary review and approval verifications.

If there are lighter blue sections on the pie chart, they represent the requirements that are either pending review or pending approval. The counts for the number of Review Pending and/or Approval Pending will be listed under the pie charts.

*Note: If you have renamed theses submission statuses (i.e. changed "Approval Pending" to "Acceptance Pending"), your customized submission status will be displayed both here and within the filter on the tab.

Past Due%#Requirements Past Due ÷ (# Requirements Submitted + #Past Due). The blue section of the pie chart represents the requirements that are past due. The gray section represents the requirements that have been submitted.
